Danville – On Saturday, May 24, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., Bierman ABA Autism Center will celebrate the Grand Opening of its new space at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA, located at 301 Satori Parkway, Avon. The event will feature a variety of family-friendly activities.
Bierman ABA Autism Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. The Center and Hendricks Regional Health offer a unique collaboration that addresses a variety of needs for children with autism. This comprehensive approach to care focuses on each child as a whole, improving their outcomes by helping them reach their language, behavioral and social goals.
In conjunction with the autism experts at Bierman ABA Autism Center, Hendricks Regional Health offers on-site physical & occupational therapy and speech therapy services to enhance care for children with autism. Pediatric speech language pathologists work closely with families to develop and implement individualized plans of care focusing on each child’s specific speech, language, social and/or feeding needs. Physical & occupational therapy helps improve growth of fine motor skills that allows the child to better integrate into school, family and daily living activities.
