Our culture is built around a legacy of community service. We are focused on the journey to better health through outreach, health education, wellness screenings, youth enrichment, sponsorships and mutually beneficial partnerships. We are dedicated to nurturing an accessible community through diversity, equity and inclusion to help remove barriers that lead to poor health outcomes. Guidelines:
- Only one application per organization each grant cycle (January 2-September 1, 2024).
- Requests received less than 60 days in advance of the deadline for making a decision risk being excluded from consideration. Please allow up to 90 days for a decision to be made.
- Organization must be not-for-profit and serve Hendricks or Putnam County.
- Hendricks will not consider requests from individual teams or fundraisers.
- Priority will be given to organizations who are mission-aligned and are collaborative with others rather than duplicative in their services.
- Hendricks serves as the official sports medicine provider for 14 K-12 schools and provides a sponsorship as part of that contractual agreement. To maintain fairness and consistency, we cannot sponsor extracurricular school teams, advertisements at athletic events, or other fundraisers tied to partnering schools.
- Requests greater than $2,500 require that Hendricks be the exclusive healthcare sponsor.
