Hendricks Regional Health was named among the top 3 hospitals for cardiology services in Indiana in 2024 by Healthgrades. Hendricks also received the 2024 Five-Star rating from Healthgrades for five specialty areas, including heart failure, pneumonia, sepsis, GI bleed, and respiratory failure. This is our third year in a row to receive the Five-Star rating in heart failure, pneumonia, and sepsis. Hendricks Regional Health has received full Chest Pain Center Accreditation from the American College of Cardiology (ACC). The accreditation means the systematic, evidence-based, protocol-driven approach to cardiac care at Hendricks Regional Health has allowed us to reduce time to treatment during the critical early stages of a heart attack.

Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Our state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Lab is located at our Danville Campus. We perform both diagnostic catheterization procedures to assess coronary artery blockages and interventional catheterization to treat heart disease.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to map out the road to recovery through a medically supervised education and exercise program. These services are available in Danville, Brownsburg and at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA in Avon.

Pacemakers and defibrillators are devices sometimes used to treat abnormal heart rhythms. Physicians specializing in cardiac electrophysiology perform pacemaker and defibrillator implants in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
