Occupational Health is located at the Plainfield Medical Center. It also provides accredited laboratory and radiology services. Physical and occupational therapy/rehabilitation services are conveniently located in the same building and at Danville, Avon, and Brownsburg locations.

Diagnostic Testing Services Include:

• Radiology/Laboratory testing
• Audiometric testing
• Vision testing
• Urine drug screen testing/Medical Review Officer
• Breath/saliva alcohol testing (DOT/Non-DOT)
• Functional Capacity Exam (FCE) in partnership with physical therapy
• Lift testing
• Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)

Customized physicals are available to meet the requirements of your workplace:

• Return-to-work evaluations
• Department of Transportation (DOT) and Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) examinations
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) examinations
• Executive examinations
• PERF physicals
• Annual wellness physicals
