Hendricks Regional Health Immediate Care Centers offer Save My Spot to help you spend less time waiting in line when you’re feeling under the weather. MyChart subscribers can check wait times and save your spot in line at any of our three Immediate Care Center locations. Simply click “Find Care Now” when using your MyChart app. You can also use this tool when logging into MyChart on your desktop computer by selecting “Save My Spot at Urgent Care” under Quick Links or the Appointments menu.

Wait Times
It’s important to know that the wait times listed can change quickly, especially in the first hour after we open. They are based on the average time it takes for a patient to check-in at the front desk to when they are settled into a room to be seen by a healthcare provider.
Please be aware that patients with a more serious condition or illness may be seen before you. In addition, our Immediate Care Centers also offer occupational health services for several area employers. These patients may be called up before you, but they are being seen by our occupational health team housed in the same facility.
During busy times, there may still be a wait until you are seen by a medical provider.
If You're Running Late
Our staff will make every effort to hold your place in line. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will offer your spot to the next patient waiting. We won’t move you back to the end of the line, however, and will take care of you as soon as we can upon your arrival.
Cancellations
If you decide you no longer need to save your spot, please call the location to cancel so that other patients may take advantage of the spot.
Save My Spot is not for emergency medical needs, but walk-ins are always welcome. If you or your family member needs emergency medical attention, please dial 911.
