Chief Quality Officer
Lisa Imlay, MSN, RN, Chief Quality Officer, is responsible for oversight of organizational licensure, accreditation, quality, patient safety, infection prevention and long-term care partner relationship management. She joined Hendricks Regional Health in 1989 and has 28 years of nursing experience in the acute care industry. During her tenure with the organization, Lisa has served as a bedside nurse, nursing director, clinical manager, project manager, Director of Quality for Long Term Care Services, Executive Director and Vice President. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing and Health Systems Leadership from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. Lisa currently serves as Treasurer for the Indiana Organization of Nursing Leaders, and Secretary for the Central Indiana district for Nurse Executives. She serves as a Board Member for the Hendricks County Extension Board. Lisa is a member of IONL, CIONL, HCCA, Indiana Healthcare Association, Leading Age Indiana, and Sigma Theta Tau International. In addition, she has served as a leadership mentor for Sigma Theta Tau's Geriatric Nursing Leadership Academy.
