We Are Open and Here to Care for You — Now and Always
To our patients,
At Hendricks Regional Health, nothing is more important to us than the good health of every person in our community. Even in the face of challenging circumstances — including those we’ve recently seen in the fight against COVID-19 — we’ve always been steadfast in this commitment. And we’ll continue to be here for our friends and neighbors in West Central Indiana for many years to come.
The relentless dedication of our physicians, nurses and associates — and our community as a whole — has helped us respond to this pandemic while continuing to keep our promise to you, our patients. That promise is to be here when you need us, just like we have done for 58 years.
We want you to know our facilities are open, and we are here for all of your family’s healthcare needs. We urge you not to delay needed care. Call your doctor’s office to schedule a same-day appointment today. We’re offering both in-person and virtual visits six days a week. Your doctor will schedule you for the most appropriate appointment type based upon your needs.
It’s also important to know that our Lab and Radiology departments, Immediate Care Centers, Cancer Center and other vital services are open normal hours and are ready to serve you. Please be assured that we have taken the appropriate measures to create the safest environment possible for everyone.
How We Are Keeping You Safe
We are taking many steps to keep our patients and staff safe in our physician offices and other locations, including:
- Screening every patient before their visit
- Patients with respiratory symptoms are directed to another care location
- Ensuring staff are following the most current Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) recommendations
- Providing free masks to our patients to be worn during their visit, and then taken home with them
- Bringing patients directly to an exam room to bypass the waiting area
- Spacing patient appointments appropriately to ensure social distancing through the facility
Everything we do at Hendricks is about putting the great people of this community first. We never take for granted how fortunate we are to serve our friends and neighbors here, which is why you can count on us to deliver safe, compassionate care — and that's never going to change. #WeAreHendricks
Sincerely,
