Dr. Conte is a board-certified cardiologist. He attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center. To round out his training, Dr. Conte completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Devarapalli is an interventional cardiologist with a special interest in medical and endo vascular interventions with emphasis on trans radial interventions. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Coney Island Hospital/SUNY Downstate SOM, in Brooklyn, NY. He completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, in New Orleans, LA; and a fellowship in interventional cardiology and endo vascular medicine at Winthrop University Hospital/SUNY Stony Brook SOM, in Mineola, NY. He is board certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, echo and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Jones completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and served an additional year as chief internal medicine resident for University Hospital. He received his medical degree from Finch University of Health Sciences, Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Kumar is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Purohit is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist (specializes in the management of cardiac arrhythmias). He attended medical school at the University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. Following medical school, Dr. Purohit completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at the University of Iowa. He then completed a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Brandon Downing, MD received a bachelors degree in Biology from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He received a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Indiana University, and received his M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Lakhan is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. He attended medical school at the Midwestern University - College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. Following medical school, Dr. Lakhan completed his residency training and fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Illinois.
Linda Marquez, NP-C, CVNP-BC, is a board-certified cardiovascular nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science degree and master of science degree in nursing and primary care from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has over 19 years of experience as a registered nurse.
Laurel Hubbard is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science degree and master of science degree in nursing from University of Indianapolis.
Ashby Johnston, MPAS, PA-C, received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Evansville.
Kim Johnson, NP, received her bachelor of science degree and a master of science in nursing degree from University of Indianapolis. She also receive a post master FNP degree from the University of Indianapolis.
Kelly Lowe, NP, received an associate degree in nursing from Vincennes University. She received a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree in nursing from Indiana State University. She receive a post master FNP degree from the University of Indianapolis. Kelly has 14 years of experience as a registered nurse with 12 of those with the Community Health Network working in heart failure, cardiology and primary care settings.
Jodie Franklin, NP, is a graduate of Indiana School of Nursing where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner.
